The pointy-topped, pseudo-Moorish ceramic vase in question (with its brightly Scorpionic blue-green swirly glaze) suddenly appeared on the glass display counter in our shop. It was there for several days before anyone mentioned it to me. I "knew" (guessed, divined, sussed out) what it was at once. After about two weeks, i opened it and identified the hair and the shopping list and added my prayers to it, leaving it where it was. Customers opened it occasionally too, and a few were either freaked or, if they were "sensitive," knew it was a spell in progress and respectfully replaced the lid. As Eris recovered her health, i took to touching the jar each day. Later, when she was much better, we happened to move the display counter to a new position, and during the move, i decided to place the vase on the altar where we burn candles with the petitions of customers. This was to be temporary, just to keep it safe during the furniture-moving, but i forgot and left it there. Aparently that was a good place for it, for it sits there still. There is a candle burning in front of it right now, as i type. cat (the half has never been told) yronwode Lucky Mojo Curio Co. http://www.luckymojo.com/catalogue.html
