Boy, there's an interesting question!

I will leave it to the Hindu religious experts to answer that, but
whether or not any "regualr" lineage of tantra practiioners and devotees
has used mirrors, their use was described in early 19th century
eye-witness accounts of *Indian Sex Magic* -- notably the famed "bhattah
mirrors" prepared by virgins, etc. Also see the mid-19th century author
Paschal Beverly Randolph on the consecration of bhattah scrying mirrors
with hashich and sexual fluids. He imported and sold them.
