Witches lead disorderly lives, hate salt, and cannot weep more than three
tears. Among their powers are: invisibility, souring milk in pans,
summoning storms, wrecking ships, blighting crops, and cursing. They tend to
suffer from dry skin and warts.

Wizards appear when least expected, are always in a hurry, and don't stay
long. They prefer standing to sitting, and pacing to standing. Trust
those wizards who are thin and fine drawn. Mighty muscles, ruddy cheeks,
and genial dispositions bespeak wizards who when apprentices sneaked out
to play instead of applying themselves to long days over hot crucibles
and long nights poring over scrolls, tomes, tablets, and tracts.
