When I was a teenager, I studied this form of divination extensively. What I discovered was that no two palmists interpret the features of the same hand in the same way. There are some generally popular attributions, but the best palmists I knew ignored most of them. I concluded that the secret isn't in the lines of the hand, but in the mind of the reader.
