Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law

The reason for the row 31bis and 32 bis is that these paths have more than
one Yetziratic attribution each. Row 31, the path of Shin, is attributed to
both Fire(31) and Spirit(31bis). Row 32, the path of Tav, is attributed to
Saturn(32) and Earth(32bis). The reason these paths have to do double duty,
as it were, is that they secondary attributions(Spirit and Earth) were not
part of the scheme of attributions found in the Sepher Yetzirah (Book of
Formation), an early Kabbalistic text that devides the 22 letters of Hebrew
alphabet into 3 parts, Mother letters (3), Single letters (12) and Double
letters (7). The Mothers letters are the elements, the single letters the
zodiacal signs, and the double letters the planets. Havings only 22 letters
to work with (final forms are a later addition, and not part of the
primative Hebrew alphabet) the early Kabbalists only had room for three
elements! Later, it was decided that the element of "Spirit" was like Fire
( since during the course of mystical practices one often becomes very
warm), and that the element of "Earth" was like Saturn (heavy, and solid).
I hope that clarifies things.

Love is the Law, Love under Will
