"Is it impossible"? Not to me. But we are dealing with Crowley's
paradigms here (including his all-male list of Word-Utterers from Aeons
Past), so it is well to compare that list with his list of Gnostic
Saints (all male) and with his statements about Freemasonry (even though
he belonged to orders deemed Irregular and Clandestine by the UGLoE, he
raged against Co-Freemasonry because it admitts women on equal status
with men, and he swore that it was impossible for a woman to be raised
to the Masonic 3rd degree). 

Crowley's understanding of the 3rd degree rite of Freemasonry as a
sexual rite was not unique to him, of course, but he saw it as a
distinctively and exclusively MALE rite due to his unusually obtuse lack
of understanding about female sexual anatomy. 

In my opinion, what led him into this occult cul-de-sac, as it were, 
was that when he looked at women he saw only the anus and the vagina
(passive receptacles) and he did not understand the clitoris as an
erectile organ. This was an unfortunate oversight on his part, and
remains remarkable to me in the face of the popularity and ready
availability during his lifetime of medical books on the subject of
clitoral erection (e.g. the works of Dr. Robert L. Dickinson, who begain
publishing clitoral anatomy drawings as early as 1915). 

Of course, by my lights and according to my paradigm, women can be and
are Freemasons, and they can be and should be Gnostic Saints, and they
can be and should be Magi and thus have every cause to utter their
Aeonic Word, if they are so moved. 

Maybe i shall start a religion and proclaim this truth.
