normally by engaging some emotionally intense thing, such as sexuality,
or my Eternal Enemy or a celebration or wake.  the objective firmly in
mind, seeing its pure and perfect manifestation as the desired and
necessary end.  then sealing the rite and letting go of the result.  if
you need a container/circle, learn to do that first
