They are use to make planetary sigils (mystically empowered designs 
related to an astrological planets influence) for certain type of magical 
talismans. Someone on an earlier post also thought that 666 sixth order 
squares would awaken "The Beast."  I doubt that personally, and nothing in 
their traditional ussage would suggest a demonic or Satanic conection of any 
kind.

I must also appologize.  I had forgoten that the diagonals must be equal to 
the same number as all the row and collumns (Lord Drakon reminded me).  My 
algorithem won't really work.
