I believe the IOT has been selling Chaos International for some time.

85258.

The head of the organization, Corvus, aka Bob Williams, died on October 4
so they might still be in some disarray, but I expect they will be able to
help you.

By the way, Mandrake of Oxford now has a website.  I do not have the 
url offhand, but a net search for mandrake will probably flush it out.
