Congratulations! You know more than most chaos magick practitioners do! Seriously. Read this group and you will notice that. The question is, what do you hope to gain from chaos magick? There *are* both thaumaturgic and theurgic practices within chaotic traditions. Most theurges study and work with their own personal archetypes and meditate on various paths both comfortable and uncomfortable in the process of figuring out how "chaotic reality" works. In my opinion, "chaotic reality" tends to be a far larger thing than do other paths (which frequently seem a little too geocentric for my tastes). You'll find about as many theurgic models, though, as you'll find practitioners. The thaumaturgy is generally quite simple. We find a way to encode the intended outcome, raise gnosis while concentrating on it, and at the peak of the process, we "launch" the idea, and we are done. Essentially, this is a pared down version of how any particular path does this, only we tend to use more personalized and chaotic means.
