usually that's created by the djinni when it grants them.

far as I know that's based on some Allah working through
the djinni, or it being stupendously powerful and somehow
constrained to your will (i.e. you have a ring or some
other magical object which contains and binds the djinni).
in which case be sure to hold tight to that binding object. :>
