Plenty, but the traces they leave behind are relatively scattered after 
the mainstream Christians and the non-Christian magicians picked them 
over. 

What we have left is a somewhat motley crew -- some saints (Francis
Xavier, Albertus Magnus), some renegade priests (Trithemius, Ramon Lull),
some illuminated artists (William Blake, Hieronymus Bosch), some heretics
(Joseph Smith, Mary Baker Eddy), some mystics (Jane Leade, Matthew Fox)
and so on. Throw in a few of the people who define themselves as
occultists but maintain some grounding in the Christian doctrine (Dion
Fortune, Arthur Waite) and you've got something of a divine dozen shaping
up.

Meister Eckhart, Emmanuel Swedenborg, Basil Valentine, Louis Saint-Martin 
and Jakob Boehme weren't slouches either.

Many of them claim to be, few deliver. When I was your age I was a fan of 
Unity, which is a neoplatonist order disguised as a radio ministry 
network. If you're looking for something a bit more hardcore, check out 
any of the dozens of fine Martinist orders. They've got the good stuff.
