I don't think the greenish tint is necessary, in fact it might be restrictive in subliminal color symbolsim--but the sigil on the mirror and on the receiver's lamen are vitally important aspects of dark mirror magick when the reflection/distortion technique is used. The sigil (signature of the spirit) tends to break up the familiar reflection and specifically reconstitute the morphed reflection as the image of the spirit after the black-out phase. We use a black grease pencil in actual practice but in the first video (*The Magick of Solomon*) we used yellow so the sigil could be seen. In *Dark Mirror of Magick* we were doing an actual operation and even though the camera closes on the mirror, you can't see the sigil drawn in black---but it is there. We put fluid condensers behind optic mirrors, not on the reflective surface. Hope this helps. **** Good Magick! Gnome d Plume http://members.aol.com/CHSOTA/dmirror.html
