I should clarify that the list I posted was just an estimation of my experience, the closest I can come to communicating what I experience as "demons" with language. > Where do you draw the dividing line between angels and demons? I don't. In fact, my efforts at working with angels has never born fruit. When I was committed to a ceremonial program, I gave daily effort to it, and at times thought I had something going, but I've since abandoned that effort and hindsight in light of my work since informs me that I've communed with no angels. I can't say why that is for sure. Plenty of people seem to have and on-going intercourse with them, but not me. So I can't really distinguish between those two for you. I can, however, speak of the differences between gods and demons. > particular characteristics define the seperation... or is it an unbroken > continuum from benefic to malefic? My work with demons takes on a somewhat primal form. The technique I apply is difficult to describe, but the results are unmistakable, by feel. Demons tend to color your senses in a particular way that, when it happens, you know it's a demon. What I've already said of them is probably the best I can do for now. Gods on the other hand have a very different feel, not as narrow and defined as demons, not as singular in focus. There is a sense of reciprocity with gods, a free-flowing exchange of some sort. It happens naturally with gods, perhaps a by-product of achieving the right state in which to perceive them. I think it would take a great effort to establish the same kind of communion with a demon, and I think it would be poisonous to both parties if it actually happened. > What is ythe difference between (say) Zabathiel and (say) Glasyabolas?
