I've just scanned in an image of Lilith from a Hebrew amulet (very crudely
made). As my description before, she appears to have an insect-like head,
tentacles for arms, a squarish flipper instead of feet, and covered by
spikes. Four manacles attached to her left seem to symbolize the restraint
intended to be effectuated by the amulet.
