I've observed many situations where it never "comes > around." That has been my experience as well. Many people who have committed great crimes are free and living lives of happiness and wealth right now and many people who have committed no crimes at all are suffering great losses, pain, and even the pangs of death as i write this. It takes strong faith in an afterlife or in reincarnation to believe that there will be a reckoning some day, and i would not disabuse anyone of his or her faith, but it flies in the face of reasonable evidence to believe that "what goes around comes around" *in this lifetime* is anything more than smug rhetoric.
