Yes, I'm in the States, but my statements above referred to encounters
both in-person and online (meaning most of the Wiccans I've encountered
have been Americans, with a number of exceptions).  

While the majority of Wiccans I've encountered had assumptions about
Satanism which were entirely incorrect, and a great deal of anti-Satanist
prejudice, I'd also have to say that probably a majority of THOSE Wiccans
were willing to revise their opinions after being exposed to more
information.
