Not intentionally or overtly. Somewhat "by default", particularly during the
Renaissance & thereafter, as Freemasonry became a rallying-point for
anti-Christianity in Europe - particularly anti-Catholicism. And of course
Freemasonry incorporates a version of the Knights Templar, which order again
clashed with the Catholic church and was accused of Satanism, though
spuriously.

The original Church of Satan had a "34* Freemasonry" ritual in its inventory -
the Ceremony of the Stifling Air - which Anton LaVey later included in his
_Satanic Rituals_. It was not taken directly from any Masonic ritual, but was
most probably assembled by Anton from Raynouard's 1806 drama _Les Templiers_
and James Thompson's _The City of Dreadful Night_, together with opening
sequence & 12th Enochian Key from the _Satanic Bible_.
