NOW we're getting somewhere. composing a list of questions is the first
step in the construction of any reference document, whether they are
asked frequently (as for a FAQ) or not (as for a REF). 

from there we can taxonomize the questions into categories. I've re-
arranged the questions presented by friend Lupe, tossed out the
statement(s), corrected some misspellings, expanded some abbrevs.,
and provided some more questions for consideration by anyone who
wishes to study the subject in any depth.
