The essay 'HAIL UNTO THE BEAST' that I post here for anyone's consideration was not 'my attempt to solve the riddle', but was written (channeled?) by a friend. When he created the numerical attributions, he was not looking to solve verse 76, but rather, discovered his 'solution' afterwards, while playing with the letters/numbers he had attributed.
