All persons arrested had charges dropped --- combination of illegal
search and clean drug tests.

The Berkeley Police Review Commission held hearings and found several
instances of false arrest.

A Civil suit followed with the landlord at the Merkabah House location and
the City of Berkeley paying $90,000 in settlement.

Several officers were re-assigned and at least one let go following the
raid.  The City of Berkeley Chief of Police announced his dated

other problems beside the O.T.O. raid.
