Please note that the fault in the execution of the will falls to Karl Germer's widow. She had intended to send the archives to Metzger in Switzerland, without consulting with Mellinger, co-executor for O.T.O.'s part in the will. The rest of this speaks for itself. However, this is not included: Sascha Germer gave up the probate of the Will following this letter from Mellinger to Sascha's attorney. The Will was finally probated in the late 1970's after the death of Sascha Germer. The Probate Court of Calaveras County determined that Grady McMurtry was the proper custodian of the O.T.O. property formally held by the Germers for O.T.O. 93 93/93 Bill Heidrick
