Melicena, Angela is mostly right on this, while we have COG and CAW and a few others, MOST practice of Wicca seems to be by Solitaries, and while they may have been raised though covens (I was, some 27 years ago), they do not hew to any centeralized athority. OR, have we elected a Wiccan Pope lately? Or has the Universal Council of Witches formed behind my back.
