That would be the Oaklnd Scottish Rite Temple -- a very beautiful building indeed. I don't think they have formal tours, but the nice folks there will indeed arrange for someone to guide you on a look around if you call ahead. They also rent halls there to non-Masons. Check it out -- it's really a splendid piece of symbolical architecture. Another entremely wonderful Masonic lodge in California that you might think of visiting is the Mendocino lodge (in the town of Mendocino). It has some faboulous sculpture on top (hand-carved from a single redwood trunk) and the inside is a sweet Victorian dream in Carpenter's Gothic style.
