"'It's not how much you get but how much you can keep!' Folks who have no difficulty bringing in money some-times find it slipping through their fingers until they are flat broke. For this condition, it has often been alleged that Money Stay With Me is good news. Use the products to dress your money, or try the spell kit -- they may help!"
-- The Lucky Mojo Curio Co. catalogue
Money Stay With Me is an old hoodoo formula for oil, incense, sachet powders, and washing products that are designed to pull in income. They can be used in money spells for business and luck. The symbolism on the labels is clear -- a group of full money bags surrounded by piles of dollar bills and coins.
The label shown here is from a Lucky Mojo brand Money Stay With Me Vigil Candle, burned by those who wish to stabilize their bank accounts, save up money for a large purchase, or simply get ahead of the monthly grind of cashing paychecks only to immediately pay the bills and be left flat.
The same herbs and fragrances used to dress this candle for customers and clients are the basis of Lucky Mojo Money Stay With Me dressing oil . used for anointing oneself, fixing the home, preparing green offertory candles or feeding a mojo bag. These herbs and scents also can be found in Money Stay With Me incense powder, sachet powder, and bath crystals.
Like the rest of the Lucky Mojo line, this product contains genuine herbal essential oils, not synthetic fragrances. Lucky Mojo labels are adapted from vintage packaging and in many cases the images are as traditional as the ingredients themselves.
Money Stay With Me is one of a family of related formulas that also includes Fast Luck, Lucky 13, Lucky Number, Lucky Buddha, Lodestone, Magnet, Attraction, Aunt Sally's Lucky Dream, Lady Luck, Japanese Lucky Seven, Three Jacks and a King, Lucky Hand, Algiers, Five Finger Grass, Money Drawing, Money House Blessing, Prosperity, Wealthy Way, and our signature-scent, Lucky Mojo products. Each one of these old-time recipes is slightly different -- some placing emphasis on magical conjuration, others on magnetic attraction, herbal allies, spirit contacts, spell-casting, or speedy results, or all of these combined with good fortune and luck at ritual, occult, and ceremonial workings -- but they have in common the underlying aim of enhancing the practitioner's luckiness and ability to draw in that which is desired from the external world.
The above formulas may, of course, be mixed and matched in any way that suits the practitioner, or may be teamed up with formulas from another line of goods, such as a financial or money luck formula like Money Drawing, or a passion and sexual love spell formula like Love Me.
How you choose to use Money Stay With Me
spiritual supplies is, of course, up to you, but one very traditional
method is to employ them in conjunction with the 23rd Psalm, while praying for all that is
PSALM 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul. He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me. Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil. My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. Amen.
Using Money Stay With Me spiritual supplies can be as simple as wearing the perfumed oil as a personal scent or placing a few drops in your wallet or purse -- to burning a
once a month in the home or place of business to keep money there all month long.
When starting Money Stay With Me work, some people like to get things going with a full-blown money spell and then continue to use the oil to dress themselves,
their money, or a physical location to which they are trying to keep trade.
A "MONEY STAY WITH ME" SPELL
If you have money coming in, but find it hard to build up savings or meet your monthly bills, you may need a "Money Stay With Me" spell to slow down your spending and allow cash reserves to accumulate. Remember: "It's not how much you get, it's how much you can hold on to!"
You will need:
1 Green 7-Knob Candle
1 Large Lodestone
1 packet Magnetic Sand
1 packet Money Stay With Me Incense Powder
1 packet Money Stay With Me Sachet Powder
1 bottle Money Stay With Me Oil
This spell takes seven days, but once you start on it, you can continue for as long as you like, as you will see. In addition to the items here, you will need an incense burner or brazier, a plate or tray, a nail, four silver dimes, and a small piece of paper on which you have written your full name nine times in red ink. If you pin or glue something personal -- a photo, hair, or concerns of that nature -- to the paper, the spell will be more powerful. If you have no special place to use as an altar, work on a small table or on the top of a bureau drawer. You can store the tray, candle and dimes in a drawer during the daytime when you are not working the spell, to keep the money out of sight. Many folks work this spell in their place of business, to keep from spending up the profits. Gamblers use it too, to keep from wasting their winnings.
DOING THE JOB:
On each knob of the 7-Knob candle carve the words MONEY STAY WITH ME. Dress the candle with Money Stay With Me Oil. Place the four silver dimes around the foot of the candle in the form of a cross.
Light the incense, then the candle. Now be honest with yourself. It's not how much you get, it's how much you can hold on to. Dig into your pockets or purse and pull out all your cash. Yes, even the cash hidden in your sock drawer.
Set the change and any bill under $20.00 denomination to one side. Any bill of $20.00 denomination or more, you will use in the spell.
Write your name on each bill. (You've seen money like this before, with a person's name on it. Now you know how it got that way and why.) Anoint the four corners of each bill with Money Stay With Me Oil and then dust each bill with Money Stay With Me Sachet Powder. Place the bills under the lodestone, neatly stacked and facing East to West on top of your name-paper. Say aloud "Money Stay With Me" and sprinkle a pinch of magnetic sand on the lodestone to feed it. Let the candle burn one knob's worth and pinch it out (don't blow it out).
The next night, do everything as before. Light some incense, re-light the candle, go through your money again, pull out all the bills of $20.00 denomination or more, write your name on them, dress them, dust them , and place them under the lodestone, only go criss-cross, with the new bills facing North to South atop the first batch. Say "Money Stay With Me" and sprinkle magnetic sand on the lodestone. Let the candle burn one knob's worth and pinch it out.
Do this every night for 7 nights, criss-crossing the bills. Any night when you don't have bills of $20.00 denomination or more, use the bills you have of highest denomination.
On the 7th night, after you finish, the bills at the bottom of the stack are yours to spend.
Wrap up the four dimes and any left-over candle wax and incense ashes in a piece of red cloth. Secure it with red thread and tie it up tight. Bury it in your yard, near your front door.
CONTINUING THE WORK:
The lodestone is now "trained" to keep your money. Put it in a drawer, in a lock-box or, in your cash register. Every night pull all your bills of $20.00 denomination or more, sign them, dress them, and put them under the lodestone; then take out the 7-day old bills from the bottom of the stack.
Spend the "trained" money and replace it with new money daily so the lodestone is always keeping more money for you. As time goes by, you will find that there are more and more $20.00 bills under the lodestone. If the stack gets TOO high, you can always start in again with $100 dollar bills.
There are thousands of specific spells that employ a variety of hoodoo spiritual supplies. Here are some of the ways you can use Money Stay With Me brand spiritual supplies to attract the luck you desire.
You may perform spells for increasing luck, serendipity, fortunate coincidences, and acquiring whatever you desire at any time that is convenient. If the need is not urgent, you can take time to align your spell-casting with cosmic forces and work by a Waxing Moon Phase, so that the Moon grows bigger while you work. But don't let the Moon Phases hold you back: if the timing is not right, you can do the work according to the Planetary Rulers of the days of the week, the Astrological Signs of the Zodiac, or whenever it is best for you.
Money Stay With Me hoodoo oil can be used as a bath oil, to dress candles for magic rites and rituals, as an additive to oil-based furniture polishes, or to wear oin your own body as a magical perfume. The genuine and authentic herbs and roots in the bottle are your assurance that this is a hand-made conjure oil and not a chemical-scented factory product.
Before dawn dissolve half the packet of Money Stay With Me Bath Crystals into a tub of hot water. Pour the water over your head 9 times as you say the 23rd Psalm and name what you want. Air-dry yourself and collect a basin of the used bath water, which now has your essence in it. Dress in fresh, clean clothes, carry the basin of bath-water to a crossroads and throw the water toward the sunrise in the East. Walk back home and don't look back.
Dust your body, your important paperwork, or your socks and shoes with Money Stay With Me Sachet Powder, or sprinkle a pinch of Money Stay With Me Sachet Powder in the four corners of the room where you plan to meet with those whom you wish to influence. Each time, say the 23rd Psalm and name what you want.
Make the Money Stay With Me Incense Powders into cones (use a twist of paper or a small candle snuffer cone, pack the incense in with your finger, and turn it out of the cone) or place it loose on a brazier. Many people find that keeping a pot of Incense smoking while they work increases their ability to break through into a spiritual space or magical way of working.
Carve your full name on a purple Offertory Candle and dress the candle with Money Stay With Me Oil. As you dress it, speak aloud your petition, such as, "With the help and grace of God, may i achieve what i require and desire."
You may burn the candle in sections (generally 15 minutes at a time) or let it burn through to the end, no matter how long it takes. If you burn it in sections, you may fnd it a good idea to light and burn the incense each time as well.
If you want the spell to be ongoing, or want a light at home to "back you up" while you are about your business, you would be better off to use a fixed and prepared Money Stay With Me Glass Encased Vigil Candle. Write your petition on paper, cross it with your name written 9 times, and set the Vigil Light in a safe place, such as the sink, bath tub, or shower stall, where it will not cause any problems while you are out.
Whenever it is convenient for you, dissolve the remaining half of the bath crystals in hot water and add the liquid to the rinse water when you do your laundry, especially your underwear and stockings. When you wear these clothes, you will be "dressed" for luck.
It is important to properly dispose of ritual remains. Because these are magic spells for good luck, you may want to keep the remains around your home. Wrap up any left-over candle wax, incense ashes, and used sachet powders in a piece of cloth. Secure and tie it with thread or string. Bury it in your back yard.
