Stay With Me is an old hoodoo
formula for oil, incense, sachet powders, and washing products
used in love spell that are believed to keep one's mate from wandering, engaging in
adultery, or even going out on the road alone. Some say this formula works because it
contains Rosemary, an herb alleged to "give women dominance" and,
they claim, a man ruled by a kindly woman is always a faithful
mate. Others say that the Blood Root, which strengthens "blood
ties" is the active ingredient and works on both men and women. There are many folks who wash
their floors regularly with Stay With Me and also sprinkle
small piles of Stay With Me sachet powder in the four
corners of the bedroom, with a fifth small pile under the bed in a so-called "quincunx" pattern.
The labels shown here are from Lucky Mojo brand
foil packages of
Stay With Me sachet powders,
Stay With Me incense powders,
Stay With Me bath crystals, and a 1/2 oz.
bottle of Stay With Me oil
for anointing oneself or dressing
candles or a mojo bag. Like the rest of the Lucky Mojo line,
these products contain genuine reputed ove-enhancing and home-improving
herbs and herbal essential oils, not synthetic fragrances. The
ingredients in Stay With Me include Rosemary, Blood Root, and Coriander, plus other herbs and essences. Lucky Mojo
labels are adapted from vintage packaging and in many cases the images are
as traditional as the ingredients themselves.
Using Stay With Me spiritual supplies can be as simple as wearing
the perfumed oil as a personal
scent to keep your mate from straying -- to laying down
sachet powders
in one's home to prevent wandering from the relationship or setting a dressed and prepared Stay With Me
vigil candle on one's altar. When starting Stay With Me work, some
people like to get things going with a full-blown magic spell and then
continue to use the oil
to dress themselves, their bed, or the bedroom in which they are trying to
keep their lover faithful.
Love Me is a very old
hoodoo formula for
anointing oil ,
incense,
sachet powders,
candles, and
washing products used
in love spells
that are designed to draw a person of the opposite sex closer and cause him or
her to openly declare feelings of love. These spiritual supplies are usually
used when the lover is someone the practitioner knows -- that is, they are not
used to attract a new or unknown lover.
The label shown here is from a Lucky Mojo brand Love Me
Vigil Candle,
burned by those who wish to draw love to them and elicit love from those to whom
they are attracted. The same herbs and fragrances used to dress this candle for
customers and clients are the basis of Lucky Mojo Love Me
dressing oil . used for
anointing oneself, fixing the home, preparing
pink or red
offertory candles or feeding a
mojo bag. These herbs
and scents also can be found in Love Me
incense powder,
sachet powder, and
bath crystals.
Like the rest of the
Lucky Mojo line, this product contains genuine herbal essential oils,
not synthetic fragrances.
Lucky Mojo labels are adapted from vintage packaging and in many cases
the images are as traditional as the ingredients themselves.
Love Me is one of a family of related formulas that also includes
Follow Me Boy,
Come To Me,
Bewitching, Marriage,
Cleo May, Kiss Me
Now!, Dixie Love,
Look Me Over, and
Fire of Love
products. Each one of these old-time recipes is slightly different -- some
placing emphasis on passion, others on physical attractiveness, or control of a
lover, or all of these combined with good fortune and luck at love and romance --
but they have in common the underlying aim of enhancing one's internally
generated forces, enabling action upon the external world.
The above formulas may, of course, be mixed and matched in any way that suits
the practitioner, or may be teamed up with formulas from another line of goods,
such as a financial or
money luck formula like
Money Drawing,
or a female
domination spell formula like
Follow Me Boy.
How you choose to use Love Me spiritual supplies is, of course, up to
you, but one very traditional method is to employ them in conjunction with the
23rd Psalm, while praying for all that is desired.
PSALM 23
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures.
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul.
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil for thou art with me.
Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.
Thou anointest my head with oil.
My cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Amen.
GENERAL LOVE ME SPELL SUGGESTIONS
There are thousands of specific spells that employ a variety of
hoodoo spiritual
supplies. Here are some of the ways you can use Love Me brand spiritual
supplies to attract the love you desire.
PREPARATION
You may perform spells for increasing seductiveness, rulership over men, or
passionate love whenever you desire. If the need is not urgent, you can take
time to align your spell-casting with cosmic forces and work by a
Waxing Moon Phase,
so that the Moon
grows bigger while you work. But don't let the
Moon Phases hold
you back: if the timing is not right, you can do the work whenever it is best
for you.
BATHING WITH HERBAL BATH CRYSTALS
Before dawn dissolve half the packet of Love Me
Bath Crystals into a
tub of hot water. Pour the water over your head 9 times as you say the 23rd
Psalm and name what you want. Air-dry yourself and collect a basin of the used
bath water, which now has your essence in it. Dress in fresh, clean clothes,
carry the basin of bath-water to a crossroads and throw the water toward the
sunrise in the East. Walk back home and don't look back.
SPRINKLING WITH SACHET POWDERS
Dust your body, the letters you send to your lover, or your socks and shoes
with Love Me Sachet
Powder, or sprinkle a pinch of Love Me
Sachet Powder in the
four corners of the room (or the bed) where you plan to meet with those whom you
wish to infuence. Each time, say the 23rd Psalm and name what you want.
SMOKING WITH INCENSE
Make the Love Me
Incense Powders into cones (use a twist of paper or a small
candle snuffer cone,
pack the incense in
with your finger, and turn it out of the cone) or place it loose on a brazier.
Many people find that keeping a pot of
Incense smoking while
they work increases their ability to break through into a spiritual space or
magical way of working.
SETTING CANDLES AS PRAYER LIGHTS
Depeding on the gender of the one you wish to draw to you, carve your full
name on a pink or red
Offertory Candle,
nude male "Adam" candle, or a
male genitalia penis
candle, nude female
"Eve" candle, or a
female genitalia vulva candle, and dress the
candle with
Love Me Oil. As you
dress it, speak aloud your petition, such as, "With the help and grace of God,
may my man love me as i love him, now and forever, amen."
You may burn the
candle in sections (generally 15 minutes at a time) or let it burn
through to the end, no matter how long it takes. If you burn it in sections, you
may fnd it a good idea to light and burn the
incense each time as
well.
If you want the spell to be ongoing, or want a light at home to "back you up"
while you are about your business, you would be better off to use a fixed and
prepared Love Me
Glass Encased Vigil
Candle. Write your petition on paper, write the name of the man you are
working on, cross it with your name written 9 times, and set the
Vigil Light
in a safe place, such as the sink, bath tub, or shower stall, where it will not
cause any problems while you are out.
DRESSING YOUR CLOTHING
Whenever it is convenient for you, dissolve the remaining half of the
bath crystals in hot
water and add the liquid to the rinse water when you do your laundry, especially
your underwear and stockings. When you wear these clothes, you will be "dressed"
for love-luck.
CLEANING UP
It is important to properly
dispose of ritual
remains. Because these are magic spells for good luck, you may want to
keep the remains around your home. Wrap up any left-over
candle wax,
incense ashes, and
used sachet powders
in a piece of cloth. Secure and tie it with thread or string. Bury it in your
back yard.
STAY WITH ME SPELL
This magic spell is alleged to help you hold the lover you have, whether
the two of you are married or not. All of the supplies listed
here can be ordered separately from the
Lucky Mojo curio Co. catalogue,
or you can order the entirty listed here in the form of a
complete Stay With Me
Lucky Mojo Spell Kit
4 Black Cat Brand Blue Candles
1 packet Stay With Me Incense Powders
1 packet Stay With Me Sachet Powder
1 packet Stay With Me Bath Crystals
1 bottle Stay With Me Dressing Oil
1 pair matched Small Lodestones
1 packet Magnetic Sand
1 packet Magnolia Leaves
1 packet Periwinkle Leaves
1 Blue Flannel Bag with Metal Anchor Charm
PREPARATION:
In addition to the items here, you need an incense burner or
brazier, 4 candle holders, a tray to hold the Lodestones, a
nail to carve the candles , and two small pieces of paper. On
one paper write your full name 9 times in red ink; on the
other write the full name of the person you love 9 times in
red ink. Something personal of yours and the one you love --
a photo, hair, or concerns of that nature -- will make the
spell more powerful -- but since you are partners, it's best
to get your spouse's sexual fluids or menstrual blood on a
cloth.
BATHING:
Before dawn on the first day, dissolve
Stay With Me Bath Crystals
into a basin of hot water. Put a
stopper in your bath tub and stand in it. Pour the water
over your head as you say, "[Name of spouse], stay with me
and be my faithful love," and bathe thoroughly, but only by
rubbing your body upward (not downward). Dry yourself and
collect the used bath water, which now has your essence in
it. Dress in fresh, clean clothes, carry the basin of
bath-water to your front yard and throw the water over your
left shoulder toward the sunrise in the East. Walk back into
your home and don't look back. You are now ready to start
the work.
DOING THE JOB:
Carve the full name of your spouse and your full name on
each of the 4 Blue Candles .
Divide the Magnetic Sand into 7
portions. Divide the Stay With Me Incense Powders into 7
portions and make the first portion into a cone (use a twist
of paper, pack the incense in with your finger, and turn it
out of the cone) and place it on the brazier.
Set the Lodestones
on the tray so the sides that attract are facing
one another, with the stones as far apart as possible. Place
the Magnolia Leaves and Periwinkle Leaves around the tray in
a circle. Dress the candles with
Stay With Me Dressing Oil and dust
them with Stay With Me Sachet Powder. Set them up in a
square around the tray.
Light the Candles and then the
Incense Powders .
Dress the Herbs and the Lodestones
with Oil . Put
your name-paper and concerns under one stone and the loved
person's name and concerns under the other. If you are a
woman, dress your Lodestone with
menstrual blood or sexual fluid;
if a man, dress your Lodestone with
semen. Name the
Lodestones with your name and the name of your spouse,
saying, "This is [your name] and this is [spouse's name]."
Sprinkle a portion of Magnetic Sand on both Lodestones,
saying, "[Name of spouse], stay with me and be my faithful
love."
Move the stones and items they are covering a little
closer together. Let the Incense
burn out and the Candles
burn one 7th of the way through. Pinch them out; do not blow
them out.
On the 2nd through the 7th days re-light the
Candles
and a new cone of Incense.
Feed the Lodestones with
Magnetic Sand, repeat the incantation, move the stones and
items closer together, let the Candles burn one 7th through
and pinch them out.
On the 7th day, the Lodestones should be
touching each other. Take the Magnolia Leaves, Periwinkle
Leaves, Sachet Powder, Magnetic Sands, and the cloth with
your partner's dried sexual fluids from the tray. Place as much as
will fit into the Blue Mojo Bag and dress it with a drop of
Oil, saying, "Stay with me!"
After the Candles burn out, put
the two Lodestones, still on their tray, with the
name-papers under them, beneath your bed, or bury them,
still joined, in the earth at your front door. Dress your
bed with Stay With Me Oil,
sprinkle Stay With Me Sachet Powder
at the four corners of your
home, and sew the Mojo Bag into your mattress or place it
between the box spring and mattress. You can also feed your
spouse crumbled Periwinkle Leaves in his or her food.
CLEANING UP:
Wrap up any left-over Candle wax,
Incense ashes, and herbs
in a blue cloth. Secure the bundle with
white thread, tie it, and bury it in your yard. Use a sprinkle of left-over
Bath Crystals in the
laundry rinse water of your mate's underwear and socks, to cause him to stay with you.
BREAK UP / STAY WITH ME SPELLS USING FIGURAL CANDLES
Divorce candles,
Bride and Groom candles,
Adam candles and
Eve candles,
or
Clothed Men candles and
Clothed Women candles
are popular
figural candles used
in the performance of Break Up spells.
Stationary or fixed
figural candle
spells for breakups may employ
black Divorce figural candles,
which show a man
and woman back-to-back, or
black Bride and Groom candles,
which show a couple side-by-side. In either case, they
are burned down until they are close to finished and then
whacked in two with a knife, a machete, or a butcher's cleaver.
The other
figural candles
mentioned are used in spells which combine the two
ideas of breaking up and drawing back by using a traditional,
old-fashioned moving candle spell to send
the intruder away from your target and at the same time attract or draw
the target back to you or your client.
Start by selecting
figural candles
of the proper gender and intimacy-level
for each person, and make sure that they are each of an
appropriately symbolic candle colour
for the work, such as red for love, pink for friendship, or black for the intruder.
You will also need the
proper
conjure oils
and some
magical herbs
or
sachet powders
to sprinkle on the candles once you have oiled and dressed them.
Shown here is a version of this general family of
spells using
Break Up Oil,
Stay With Me Oil,
Love Herbs Mixture, a
red Adam candle, a
red Eve candle, and a
black Eve candle
and a love lamp to back up the work between sessions of burning the candles in sections.
You can change the genders or the intimacy-levels
of the
candles
to suit your situation and also change the
rootwork oils around as you
wish, for instance, by using
Break Up and
Return to Me or
Break up and
Reconciliation,
or you can combine your own blended mixtures of
conjure oils, sucha as
Break Up plus
Separation and
Return to Me plus
Stay With Me.
When the
figural candles
are dressed with appropriate
hoodoo oils, front and back,
they are used in a double-purpose spell to break up a
relationship while returning a straying lover.
Set the candles up as shown, and as
they burn, walk the intruder away from the target and walk the target
toward your (or your client's) candle. You may beurn the candles
in sections over the course of 3 or seven days while doing this, or
you may stay up with them all night for a marathon job of work. If you burn in sections, you can keep a love lamp,
filled with red kerosene, going the entire time to carry the work on
while the candles are resting.
Once the target's candle is back where he or she belongs and
the intruder's candle is a good distance away, place a sharp-edged tool,
such as a knife or pair of scissors, between them to prevent their symbolic reunion.
Which love spells are better?
Lucky Mojo, like most Hoodoo suppliers, offer a
wide range of recipes for love work. They range
from the gently encouraging, to the persuasive, to
the down right compelling.
- To attract a new lover the best recipes are
Come To Me, Love Me and Kiss Me Now -- they are
drawing recipes designed to encourage love,
attention and sexuality. (Others: Adam and Eve,
Attraction)
- To increase an existing love affair with
passion or declarations you may want to look at
Fire of Love, Marriage, Stay At Home or Stay
With Me. (Others: Kiss Me Now and Love Me also
work)
- To gently reconcile a lost lover not
otherwise involved with another the best is
Reconciliation, followed by Return To Me.
- If your lover is involved with another you
will need to break them up, and that requires
the use of the Break Up recipe or Separation,
and may even require that you Hot Foot the other
person away from your lost lover.
HOWEVER
In my experience single applications (one
spell, one vigil, one honey jar) of
reconciliation and/or break up is not going to
do it. Once a person has left, they have left
for a reason that is completely valid to them.
Getting them to change their mind, or getting
them to leave the new person they are with is
not going to be easy, nor is it going to be
cheap.
I know that loosing a lover can be awful,
I've been there. But, putting good money effort
after bad is not the way to go. I advise this
to every client I speak with. Let it go, find
someone new, remember why it didn't work with
them in the first place, take this as a sign to
move on.
But if you are determined to do this, take a
moment and consider exactly how far you will
go. How much money will you spend, how much
time will you invest, how far are you willing to
get them back.
What to do when nothing gentle will work:
If you have decided that you are willing to force
or compel a lost lover to return then following
choices are available to you, in order of severity.
- Follow Me Boy or Follow Me Girl are used to
make the person follow you around like a dog.
They have compelling herbs and roots in them to
get the other person to be committed to you.
- I Dominate My Man and I Dominate My Woman
are the next level up from the Follow Me
Products and are about controlling and
dominating another.
- Intranquility comes in a spell kit to make
your lost lover miserable until he returns.
Realize that they may not return happy to see
you!
Summary: Once the persuasive love spells have
not shown to work, you must move into spells
that include commanding/compelling/controlling
herbs and roots, or those intended to make the
other person miserable until they return.
Consider if you really want to do this, is it
worth it to force them to love you or be with
you.
A candle? An Oil? A Powder? A Spell Kit?
A single candle, oil, powder, etc is NOT going to
get you results. Love work is a long undertaking
and will require you to use as many of the tools
available to you as possible. If you have no
experience with doing magical work, then you really
need to purchase a spell kit. Depending on the
situation you may need more then one spell kit.
Depending on the difficulty you may need to repeat
the work.
